Track Your Order
Track your Lumora order in two steps:
- Find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email (we email it the moment your order ships).
- Click the button below, paste your number, and see live updates.
How tracking works
- Processing: 1–3 business days after you order.
- Delivery: 7–15 business days (US is usually 7–12).
- A tracking link is also emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If a number shows no movement for the first day or two, that’s normal while it clears its first carrier scan.
Can’t find your tracking number?
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Lumora about your order shipping. Still stuck? Email us at lumora.techspace@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look it up for you within 24–48 hours.
