Shipping policy

Free shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. Most orders ship from our United States warehouse and arrive in approximately 8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by carrier and destination.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States and Australia, with selected international destinations available at checkout.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided for every order. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, email lumora.techspace@gmail.com.

Customs and duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility.
