Refund policy

Returns and refunds. We want you to love your Lumora pieces. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day returns. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return. Email us at lumora.techspace@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we will reply with simple instructions.

Damaged or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. A photo helps us sort it quickly.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Non-returnable items. For hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
